Currently pursuing a Master's in the Earth and Planetary Sciences at the University of New Mexico. For my thesis research, I am performing laboratory batch and column experiments, and two field tests to demonstrate that a chemical called sodium dithionite is a viable option to restore groundwater after uranium in-situ recovery mining at the Smith-Ranch Highland site in Wyoming.
