Jeff Hallowell began his career with Xerox, Oracle and Netscape, gaining unparalleled experience in the data management space. Since then, Jeff has established himself as a respected inventor of clean and reuse technologies with 21 patents awarded. Jeff is the Founder & CEO for Biomass Controls PBC a manufacturer of decentralized Biogenic Refineries. Jeff Hallowell is known for his work in India with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as part of the Re-invented Toilet Challenge. Jeff is a thought leader in the biochar industry for the last 15 years, advocating for carbon sequestration using Scope 1 feedstocks. While his engineering engagements have taken him around the world, Jeff Hallowell is proud to call Woodstock, Connecticut home.
