NORTH AMERICAN BIOCHAR CONFERENCE 2026 • NEW ORLEANS • NOV 16–18
The Product & Art Showcase
A community display celebrating the business and the art of biochar.
This November, we’re turning part of the Exhibit Hall into a showcase floor celebrating biochar and how far we’ve come as an industry.
From products built with biochar to artwork inspired by it, this is a chance for attendees (and the world) to see, photograph, and talk about what’s possible with biochar. This is a display, not a marketplace.
No items may be sold. This is purely a showcase.
Calling All Producers
Print a labeled pint jar of your own biochar and add it to the display. There’s no single “look” to biochar — feedstock, process, and end use all shape the final product, and many attendees have never seen that range side by side. This is a chance for the industry to show, literally, what biochar looks like.
Label your jar with:
• Feedstock
• Production Method
• Intended Use
• Producer & Region
Lined up side by side with your peers, this becomes a serious, industry-defining record of how far biochar production has come.
Calling All Artists and Entrepreneurs
Do you have a product made with biochar? Show it off. Whether biochar is woven into the material, printed as ink, or built into the piece itself, we want to see it. For example:
• Wearables & Textiles — t-shirts, tote bags, hats, beads or fabric printed or dyed using biochar.
• Art & Sculpture — paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, or mixed-media work incorporating biochar as a material.
• Fun & Novelty Items — anything else that shows off biochar in a new or unexpected way.
How it Works
- Submit your entry on our online form.
- Wait for your showcase confirmation from our team. We will review entries and confirm your spot on the showcase floor ahead of the conference.
- Drop off your biochar or product during the Exhibit Hall move-in on Monday, November 16.
- Showcase! Your materials will be on display for the full run of the Exhibit Hall through November 18. They also may be included in event photography and across American Biochar Institute social media channels for attendees and the world to view!
