Robinson Carbon is an industrial biochar company launched in 2025 by Robinson Lumber Company, a fifth-generation, family-owned wood products manufacturer operating since 1893.
The company is a wood products wholesaler and manufacturer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company handles wholesale purchasing, processing, and global transport of American hardwoods, softwoods, and tropical wood species to customers in over 70 countries.
What is an exciting development you’ve achieved or are working toward?
Robinson Carbon is currently building out a second production site in Central Louisiana that turns sawmill southern yellow pine residuals into biochar at industrial scale.
